The \u201cPlug&Play Winter Semester 2026\/2027\u201d campaign is available for the locations listed above. The campaign period may be extended or shortened at any time for each location at the landlord\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n

Upon signing a new lease under the Plug&Play booking option, we will provide basic starter supplies for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom upon move-in (e.g., bed linens, towels, basic kitchen items). These supplies are provided as a one-time provision and are not part of an ongoing service.<\/p>\n

THE FIZZ Plug&Play is only offered for the following lease terms:<\/p>\n

  • Germany:<\/strong> Upon signing a lease agreement with a minimum term of 6 months and a maximum term of 18 months.<\/li>\n
  • Austria:<\/strong> Upon signing an open-ended lease agreement with a minimum term of 6 months\/one semester.<\/li>\n
  • Czech Republic:<\/strong> Upon signing a lease agreement with a minimum term of 6 months and a maximum term of 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
