Click on the \u201cBook now\u201d button on our website and chose the city you want to start a booking. Chose the respective apartment category and size, as well as the rental period and click on \u201cContinue\u201d. Find a summary of your booking and click on the button \u201cBook now\u201d. 2. Make an Online Reservation<\/h2>

After you filled in all your personal information, the apartment will be reserved for you for 5 days. Within this period, you have to sign the contract online and pay the admission fee.<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

3. Sign Your Contract Online<\/h2>

Enter your personal data (full name, address, phone number, bank data, etc.) and a contract will be created for you. SEPA form can be also provided later on so if you do not have it, please do not hesitate to continue anyway. 4. Pay Admission Fee<\/h2>

Once you have signed your contract, you will receive an e-mail with the payment information regarding the admission fee. Your reservation is at this moment 66% finalised and you may not continue further online as the payment is still missing. It can be done via bank transfer or per credit card. We highly suggest to pay the fee with a credit card so that we can confirm your booking right away. As soon as we receive the payment the booking will be 100% finalised.<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

5. Contract Confirmed<\/h2>

As soon as we\u2019ve received your admission fee, we will countersign your contract and send it back to you by e-mail. Do not forget to check your SPAM folder. At this moment, your rental contract already is valid!<\/p>\n

In case you don\u2019t make the payment of the admission fee in time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled after 5 days.<\/p>\n

In exceptions, we could extend the 5 days reservation period since it sometimes takes longer for some banks to transfer the payment. If this is a case, please do not forget to inform us via email.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n\n

7. Book Your Move In Date<\/h2>

Don\u2019t forget to book a move in date in our calendar to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day you arrive. You can click on the link in the email you received from us. Please we aware that you can only book a move in date from the first day your contract is valid.<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

8. Pay First Month Rent and Deposit<\/h2>

The deposit and the first month rent must be paid at least 14 days before the start of your contract. You will find the payment information in your contract. Please note that only bank transfer is possible! We can only give you the keys to your apartment until all payments have been transferred to our bank account!<\/p>\n

If you book your apartment on very short notice, please send us a payment confirmation so that we know that the transfer was successful. Without the payment confirmation we cannot hand you over the keys on the day of your move in.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n\n

9. Don\u2019t Forget Your Insurance and Documents<\/h2>

Please do not forget to send us a current certificate of enrolment\/your internship or trainee contract and liability insurance by email.
