{"id":28610,"date":"2019-05-07T16:58:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-07T14:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/the-fizz-old.testpage.click\/?p=28610"},"modified":"2022-05-28T13:06:48","modified_gmt":"2022-05-28T11:06:48","slug":"bremen-playoffs19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/the-fizz-old.testpage.click\/en\/bremen-playoffs19\/","title":{"rendered":"The Song of Ice &#038; FIZZ: The Bremen Playoffs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The first Playoffs in 2019 took place at THE FIZZ Bremen.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not only did the teams shine at the actual Games, they also wowed us with their creative names:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The Cereal Killers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The Three Musketeers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The Drunk Panthers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Gloria and the Night Kings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The Bremen Lions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The White Walkers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The E-Lemon Actors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The kickoff was great already: a singing performance by the gifted&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/sophie.sngpl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sophie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets-global.website-files.com\/5d1cabb890704ae66c985593\/5d1caf712b2ad2bde447e573_5cd01802598c17ea7bddd395_Optimized-Sommerfest-5.jpeg\" alt=\"Singer at the Summer Games 2019 Playoffs at THE FIZZ Bremen\"\/><figcaption>Sophie with her silver voice<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Games were challenging and fun to watch!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, the teams had to build towers out of aluminium foil. The highest tower won \u2013 it had 210 cm and almost resembled the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fallturm_Bremen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fallturm Bremen<\/a>, which you can see from THE FIZZ Bremen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets-global.website-files.com\/5d1cabb890704ae66c985593\/5d1caf711ded3417a1388c82_5cd018277bed2f40127a8b3a_Optimized-Sommerfest-27.jpeg\" alt=\"Building a tower game at the Summer Games 2019 Playoffs at THE FIZZ Bremen\"\/><figcaption>Engineering skillz needed: It&#8217;s harder than it looks!<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the second Game, the teams played \u201cliving wheelbarrow\u201d and gathered as many plastic balls as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets-global.website-files.com\/5d1cabb890704ae66c985593\/5d1caf711ded3405bc388c83_5cd0184afe75ebcc097f40ce_Optimized-Sommerfest-38.jpeg\" alt=\"Game at the Summer Games 2019 Playoffs at THE FIZZ Bremen\"\/><figcaption>Abs were of advantage in this game!<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The third round consisted of several mini-games that were fought on vigorously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets-global.website-files.com\/5d1cabb890704ae66c985593\/5d1caf7190704a2309988536_5cd018a722154c2ef7c26140_Optimized-Sommerfest-73.jpeg\" alt=\"Game at the Summer Games 2019 Playoffs at THE FIZZ Bremen\"\/><figcaption>Pouring water with a *tiny* handicap<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lastly, as grand finale : Strip Beer Pong!
