Chose the respective apartment size and category, as well as the rental period and click on \u201cContinue\u201d. Find a summary of your booking and click on the button \u201cBook now\u201d. \r\nAfter you filled in all your personal information, the apartment will be reserved for you for 5 days. Within this period, you have to accept the contract online and pay the admission fee.<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

3. Accept your Contract<\/h2>

4. Pay Admission Fee<\/h2>

Once you have accepted your tenancy agreement, you will receive an e-mail with the payment information regarding the admission fee. You can find this information as well as the form for SEPA Direct Debit Mandate in your tenancy agreement. Please enter your bank details and sign it. As account holder, you can also enter your parents, but in this case, they have to sign the form instead of you. If you don\u00b4t have an Austrian bank account yet, you can also fill out the form and send it by e-mail no later than 14 days after the start of the contract.

\r\nYour reservation is at this moment 80% finalised, as your payment of the admission fee is still missing. As soon as we receive the payment the booking reach the 100%.<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

5. Booking Confirmed<\/h2>

As soon as we\u2019ve received your admission fee, we will confirm your booking and you receive an e-mail with your booking confirmation. At this moment, your tenancy agreement already is valid!<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n\n

6. Book Your Move in Date<\/h2>

You can either click on the email you received from us or book your appointment here. 7. Pay Deposit and First Month Rent<\/h2>

The deposit and the first month rent must be paid at least 30 days before the start of your tenancy agreement. You will find the payment information in your contract. Without the payment confirmation we cannot hand you over the keys on the day of your move in. If you are moving in less than 30 days before your contract starts, you have to transfer all amounts within one payment.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n\n
