Click on the \u201cBook now\u201d button on our website and choose the city you want to start a booking. Choose the respective apartment category and size, as well as the rental period and click on \u201cContinue\u201d. Find a summary of your booking and click on the button \u201cBook now\u201d. 2. Make an Online Reservation<\/h2>

\r\nAfter you filled in all your personal information, the apartment will be reserved for you for 5 days. Within this period, you have to sign the accommodation agreement online and pay the admission fee.<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

3. Sign Your Contract Online<\/h2>

\r\nEnter your personal data (full name, address, phone number, bank data, etc.) and an accommodation agreementwill be created for you. Please sign it digitally.<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

4. Pay Admission Fee<\/h2>

\r\nOnce you have signed your accommodation agreement, you will receive an e-mail with the payment information regarding the admission fee. Your reservation is at this moment 66% finalised, as the payment is still missing. As soon as we receive the payment the booking will reach 100%. Please be aware that you have to pay all bank fees and any difference in the exchange rate.<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

5. Contract Confirmed<\/h2>

As soon as we\u2019ve received your admission fee, we will countersign your contract and send it back to you by e-mail. At this moment, your accommodation agreement already is valid!<\/p>\n

In case you don\u2019t make the payment of the admission fee in time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled after 5 days.<\/p>\n

In exceptions, we could enlarge the 5 days reservation period since it sometimes takes longer for some banks to transfer the payment.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n\n

7. Book Your Move in Date<\/h2>

Don\u2019t forget to book a move in date in our calendar to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day you arrive. You can either click on the email you received from us or book your appointment here. Please note that you can only book a date from the 1st day of your valid contract.<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

8. Pay Deposit and First Month Rent<\/h2>

The deposit and the first month rent must be paid at least 30 days before the start of your accommodation agreement. You will find the payment information in your contract. Without the payment confirmation, we cannot hand you over the keys on the day of your move in. If you are booking less than 30 days in advance, please send us all amounts in one bank transfer. Please be aware that you have to pay all bank fees and any difference in the exchange rate.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n\n

9. Don\u2019t Forget Your Insurance and Documents<\/h2>

Please do not forget to send us a current certificate of enrolment\/ your internship or trainee contract\/ work contract and liability insurance closed with a Czech insurance company by e-mail.
