房屋管家
想与你的房屋经理或房屋维修工程师联系下？那您可在工作时间内到前台接待处找到他们，或通过电子邮件、电话联系他们。
工具租借
免费租借公寓为您准备的工具，如吸尘器，熨斗和熨衣板，晾衣架，棋盘游戏等。
快递收件处
您可能会收到不少快递，担心上课没时间取？ 别担心，普通大小的快递我们会为您暂存，您别忘记在收件处工作时间内取走。
洗衣机＆烘干机
在第一层您可以找到我们的洗衣机和烘干机，随时均可使用，不用再出门找洗衣房了（需按次付费）。
急救
我们的员工均接受过急救和消防培训，以便在紧急情况下作出正确和迅速的反应。
安全
你在我们这里是安全的。我们的房子配备了电子锁系统和对讲系统。所有的公共区域都在视频监控之下。晚上和周末也有保安服务人员值班。
